Mercury Contract Flooring Limited will continue to expand whilst maintaining a reputation of hard work, reliability and honesty. We will endeavour to carry out our day to day business in line with this Quality Management System.

Accordingly, the following policies have been established to ensure profitable business development:

To implement and maintain a formal Quality Management System based upon the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. To comply with applicable requirements and to maintain the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

To ensure that measurable objectives are defined to ensure the conformity of our products and services, the enhancement of customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. Each member of staff will be assisted in understanding their contribution to the overall company objectives.

To foster a spirit of teamwork, through empowerment, recognising the part all employees have to play in the continuing success of the company. Ensuring the maximum utilisation of our most important resource - our people, through ongoing training and career development.

This continual improvement in our products, services, processes, and the Quality Management System will ensure that our stakeholders perception of the company is further enhanced, helping to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with our suppliers, sub-contractors and other interested parties.

As the Managing Director, I accept ultimate responsibility for Quality and together with the Management Team will, through example, and direction, ensure that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained throughout the company
